Training in the SNOW!!!

Snow Kayak Training with Koji

It was freezing was an understatement. It was actually snowing and we were training together. I’m beginning to realize, long distance Kayaking is a feat of the mind more then physical challenge. First, you have to believe you can do it with all of your mind and your body will follow. Here is my training log https://cloud.gaiagps.com/public/8kHhiiuqw5bw2pKNmdGV5tRu/Aerial/

“What do you do when its freezing out, begins snowing, your paddling in the ocean, and your hands start burning because they are so cold? Nothing, you keep paddling!”
