On August 30th, Mike and Koji gave a presentation at LABO in Murazumi about the Japan to Korea kayak expedition and beach trash. We talked about many things ranging from the first time Mike went to Tsunoshima beach and saw the sheer amount of trash polluting our beaches, to the initial conversation Koji and Mike had about kayaking to Korea. We also passed out some trash art which allowed the participants see and touch beach trash. We are very thankful for this great opportunity to share our thoughts and ideas about the importance of environmental protection.

This has been an amazing journey. There were times when I was sure we would have to go home and forgo any hopes of getting to Korea, yet with the help and support of so many people, this dream came true. From the members and supporters of Life Recycled to our dear friends in Korea and especially to Koji and his family, Thank you all.
